I think you have your user.ini as "read only".
If true you have to set it back or you can't use it.

Hi Rit,
Sorry, I haven't been on for a while.  First off, sorry about your Mom.  That sucks.  I was really hoping a fresh start in Florida would be great for you and your family.  As for the tech stuff, you're in good hands with Helen.  I just use Compress a Lot that Helen gave me.  Otherwise I am a caveman with this stuff.  Take care.
